/ Overview:
A London branding agency, designing the brand a customer meets everywhere.
At Saltco, brands work directly with the two founders, who come from opposite ends of the same problem. One started in brand and digital, the other is an ARB-registered architect and interior designer. The years they have spent merging those two ways of thinking are what let a brand move from its identity to its packaging to its physical space without ever losing itself.
Most growing brands end up buying their identity from one supplier, their packaging from another, their website from a third and their retail or clinic design from a fourth. Each does good work in isolation, but nobody owns the whole. The result is a brand that looks like itself on the logo and like four different companies everywhere else.
We work the opposite way.
We design the whole brand, so it feels like one everywhere it shows up.

How we work
A brand is not the first thing a customer sees. It is the impression left after everything adds up: the packaging in their hand, the website on their phone, the clinic they walk into. So before we design anything, we look at the brand the way a customer experiences it, and find where it is quietly working against itself.
Because the same senior team designs all of it, from strategy through to the shelf, the checkout and the clinic reception, nothing gets handed to a fourth supplier and reinterpreted.
The brand stays whole across:
How it all connects
We hold all of it together with a Saltco Brand Passport: an extended set of brand guidelines that considers every touchpoint, not just the logo and the colours, but the packaging, the website, the space and the tone.
So when the brand moves somewhere new, a product, a pop-up, a clinic, a country, it never starts from scratch. That compounds:
Less time briefing suppliers
Less money spent on rework
Fewer things for you to hold together
A brand that keeps getting stronger the further it travels
It is the reason clients stay for years, not projects.
Our best work is with brands we have stayed with for years
We have worked with Self Glow by James Read for three years, taking it from a pre-investment concept through to a full packaging system, a Shopify store, and the retail spaces and window takeovers at Selfridges, Liberty and Space NK. The brand world we built helped raise £2 million in investment, won Best Brand Launch 2024 at the Marie Claire Awards, and earned coverage from Vogue to WWD. Its professional arm, Self Glow Pro, then carried the same identity from a facialist's kit all the way to the official spray tan at the Met Gala.
Hanikon Rosé started as a set of brand guidelines and a bottle, and became a Harrods rooftop takeover, après-ski sundowners across Switzerland, and a limited-edition partnership with E1 Team Monaco, the world's first all-electric raceboat championship.
For Dr Bravi at Thames, one identity now runs through a full rebrand, the website, and the clinic interior itself. And for Hampton and Richmond, the brand reaches from the stadium design down to the branding on the tuck shop.
